Malcolm Hardee is a famous alternative comedian from London. He made his name at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and died from drowning at Surrey Quays Dock. His legacy lives on in various ways notwithstanding the “Cunning Stunt” Award at Ed.Fringe.

Together with some squatters we took over his abandoned floating pub / venue and decided to make a play series ...

A biography was made of his life which is a cracking read involving hilarious capers such as the stealing of Freddy Mercury’s 40th Birthday Cake.

The first episode of a planned nine part series premiered in New Cross London before going on to Edinburgh Fringe. ORIGIN STORY HERE

Host of the Cunning stunt Award John Fleming (falsely) accused us of foul play and threatened to break our legs in a scathing review.

The following year second episode "Where the F**k is Malcolm Hardee" was ready to premiere however the production minibus spat a driveshaft on the way to the theatre in Kennington London and the whole show had to be called off.

Thanks to actor Matt Whistler for fronting the first episode.
